Welcome to LinenRentalsOnline.com (“LinenRentalsOnline.com”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a doing business as (DBA) name of Book Now Party Rentals, LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By placing an order with us through our website at LinenRentalsOnline.com (“Site”), you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Period & Late Fees

The rental period begins on the date you receive your order in the mail and ends 14 calendar days after the event date provided at booking.

If the rental items have not been shipped out by the end of the rental period, as evidenced by the postmark date, you authorize LinenRentalsOnline.com to charge your credit card on file for an additional 14-day rental period. If the rental items are not shipped out by the end of the extended rental period, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file for the replacement cost of the rental items, in addition to the extended rental fee.

2. Orders, Payment, and Cancellations

All orders must be placed through our website and paid in full at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the order placed, including but not limited to size, type, design, and quantity.

To ensure sufficient time for packaging and shipping, orders must be placed on our website at least 21 calendar days prior to your event date. 

Orders may be canceled up to 21 calendar days before the scheduled event date for a full refund. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping and Returns

We ship via UPS, or similar carrier, (tracking number provided) within the 48 contiguous United States and may ship to other locations for an additional cost. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. No restrictions are placed on packages shipped and you are responsible for the rental items once they are delivered to the address provided at the time of booking.

Each order includes a prepaid return shipping label. Once your event is over, you are responsible for shaking out the soiled linens, ensuring they are dry, repackaging them into the original box, placing the return shipping label over the original shipping label, and then dropping the package off at any UPS location. Alternatively, you can contact UPS to schedule a one-time pickup from your location for a small fee.

We ship early when possible and strive to have all orders arrive 2-3 days before your event date. We are not responsible or liable for shipping delays on the part of the carrier.

5. Care and Use of Linens

We handle all cleaning, ironing, pressing, and/or steaming of linens. Please do not attempt to launder or iron the linens, as this can cause damage and result in the assessment of a replacement fee, at our sole discretion.

Linens are shipped table ready. Any creases or wrinkles resulting from the shipping process usually straighten out once the rental items are set up for an event. If wrinkling persists, lightly mist the linen with clean water and then gently stretch and smooth the fabric. 

You agree to use the rental items in the manner designed and understand that LinenRentalsOnline.com shall retain sole and exclusive ownership of the rental items at all times. 

6. Damage, Loss, and Replacement

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges. This includes many stains, which can often be removed by our cleaning process. However, linens returned with stains that cannot be removed by our cleaning process, or other damage that prevents future rental of the item, including but not limited to candle wax, pinholes, burns, tears, iron marks, and mildew, will result in a replacement fee up to the full replacement cost of the rental item. You agree, during the rental period, to assume all risk of loss, damage, and/or abuse from any cause whatsoever and authorize LinenRentalsOnline.com to charge your credit card on file, at our sole discretion, if rental items must be replaced.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

You acknowledge that LinenRentalsOnline.com has not made and does not make any representation, warranty, or covenant, express or implied, with respect to the condition, durability, quality, or suitability of the rental items, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the rental items or rental service, by any inadequacy of or defects therein. Any liability of LinenRentalsOnline.com shall be limited to the amount you paid for the rental items.

In no event shall LinenRentalsOnline.com be liable for any damages, whether consequential, direct, incidental, indirect, punitive, special, or otherwise, arising out of, or in any way connected with, a third party’s unauthorized access to your personal information, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, strict liability, tort, or other theories of liability, and also regardless of whether LinenRentalsOnline.com was given actual or constructive notice that damages were possible. 

Under no circumstances shall LinenRentalsOnline.com or any of its employees, officers, agents, owners, or vendors be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damage arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this website. 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinenRentalsOnline.com against any claim, action, damages, and liability, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, arising in connection with your use and possession of the rental items or service.

If you are dissatisfied with this website or any content on the site, or with these terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this website. You acknowledge, by your use of this website, that your use of the site is at your sole risk.

The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and any legal action shall be brought in King County, Washington. 

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your information with another company. 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
