  4. Easy Returns: After your event, simply place the used linens back in the original box. Cover the old shipping label with the pre-paid return label we provide.
  5. Plenty of Time: We give you up to 14 days after your event to ship the box back. No need to rush — take your time to relax, clean up, or return from your honeymoon.

How do I know what size linens to order?

All of our table linen product pages include a chart to help determine the best size for your event.

How long is the rental period?

We offer an industry-leading two weeks from your event date. The return shipping process must be initiated prior to expiration of the two-week period. This gives plenty of time to clean up after your event or return from a honeymoon.

How early should I order prior to my event?

To ensure sufficient time for packaging and shipping, orders must be placed on our website at least 21 calendar days prior to your event date.

How can I cancel my order and receive a refund?

Orders may be canceled up to 21 calendar days before the scheduled event date for a full refund.

When will I receive my order?

We ship early when possible and strive to have all orders arrive 2-3 days before your event date.

What if the linens are damaged during use?

Normal wear and tear is expected and will not result in additional charges. This includes many stains, which can often be removed by our cleaning process. However, linens returned with stains that cannot be removed by our cleaning process, or other damage that prevents future rental of the item, including but not limited to candle wax, pinholes, burns, tears, iron marks, and mildew, will result in a replacement fee up to the full replacement cost of the rental item.
